Western Railway Launches Special Udhna-Chhapra Kacheri Train to Cater to Passenger Demand


In response to growing demand and for the convenience of passengers, Western Railway has announced the operation of a Special Train between Udhna and Chhapra Kacheri. The service will run on special fare.

Key Details:

  • Train No. 05178/05177 - Udhna-Chhapra Kacheri Special

  • Departure: Train No. 05178 will depart from Udhna on Wednesdays and Sundays, i.e., 22nd & 26th November 2023 at 6:10 hrs, reaching Chhapra Kacheri at 14:10 hrs the following day.

  • Return: Train No. 05177 will depart from Chhapra Kacheri on Friday, 24th November at 20:00 hrs, arriving at Udhna at 03:30 hrs the next day.

Route and Halts:

The train will halt at various stations including Surat, Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Godhra, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bayana, Agra Cantt., Etawah, Kanpur Central, Aishbag, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Kaptanganj, Padrauna, Tamkuhi Road, Thawe, Gopalganj, Ratansarai, Dighwa Dubauli, and Mashrakh in both directions.

Coach Composition:

The train will consist of AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second-Class coaches to accommodate various passenger preferences.

Booking Information:

Booking for Train No. 05178 is available at all PRS Counters and on the IRCTC website. These trains will operate as Special Trains on Special Fare.
