"RTI Reveals Remarkable Progress: DCM Devendra Fadnavis Addresses 1.14 Lakh Letters in 11 Months"


RTI activist Anil Galgali has been informed by the Deputy Chief Minister's office that the number of letter recieved from ordinary citizens, very important persons and government officials disposed of in the office of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is 1.14 lakhs. RTI activist Anil Galgali asked about the action taken on letter so far in the office of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis regarding ordinary citizens, very important persons and government file. The Deputy Chief Minister's Office has given the figures in a reply sent to Anil Galgali. The number of VIP posts and correspondence disposed of by DCM Devendra Fadnavis since assuming office is 32,508. Also the number of General Post and Correspondence disposed of is 74,703 while the number of disposed of file is 7176. Devendra Fadnavis took oath as Deputy Chief Minister on 30 June 2022. The statistics for the last 11 months have been given and a total of 1 lakh 14 thousand 414 letters and letters have been disposed of.
