Mumbai, 12th September 2024: The 'Mukhyamantri Yojandoot' initiative, aimed at informing citizens about various government schemes, has attracted significant interest. The last date to apply for this initiative is Friday, 13th September 2024. The Directorate General of Information and Public Relations has urged interested candidates to apply through the official website, www.mahayojanadoot.org.
This initiative, implemented by the Government of Maharashtra, plans to select 50,000 planners (Yojandoots) across the state. One Yojandoot will be appointed for every 5,000 people in urban areas, and one for each gram panchayat in rural areas. Selected candidates will receive a monthly payment of ₹10,000 and will be responsible for spreading awareness about various public welfare schemes.
So far, over 1.2 lakh candidates have registered for the program. Eligible candidates must be aged between 18 to 35 years, hold a graduate degree in any field, and possess a domicile certificate of Maharashtra. Basic computer skills, a smartphone, and an Aadhaar-linked bank account are also required.
To complete the application process, candidates must submit an online form along with documents like Aadhaar card, proof of graduation, domicile certificate, and Aadhaar-linked bank account details. A passport-sized photograph and a signed undertaking (available in the online form) must also be submitted during the appointment process.
Interested candidates can apply on the official website until Friday, 13th September 2024. It is important to note that registration will only be considered complete once the 'Apply' button is pressed after filling in the details.
