This crucial center oversees railway operations, including emergency situations and disruptions. It is equipped with technical personnel from Operating, Mechanical, and Electrical departments and houses a dedicated Disaster Management Room. The office monitors daily punctuality, unusual incidents, accidents, derailments, and restoration work, ensuring seamless local and express train operations. The office collaborates with other Indian Railways zones and the Ministry of Railways to devise strategic train running patterns. Shri Jain also presided over a Senior Divisional Operations Manager's Conference for the Operating Department of Central Railway, emphasizing the importance of upholding punctuality for mail/express, suburban, and goods trains.
