Central Railway's Mumbai Division will conduct a Mega Block on September 15, 2024, affecting both Harbour Line and the 5th and 6th lines between Vidyavihar and Thane. Here’s what you need to know:
1. 5th and 6th Lines (Vidyavihar to Thane)
Timing: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Impact: Mail/Express trains arriving or departing from LTT Mumbai will be diverted to the FAST lines at Vidyavihar and then back to the 5th and 6th lines at Thane. Expect delays of 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Harbour Line
UP Harbour Line: 11:10 AM to 4:10 PM
DOWN Harbour Line: 11:40 AM to 4:40 PM
Suspended Services:
DOWN Harbour Line: Services to Vashi/Belapur/Panvel from CSMT Mumbai between 11:16 AM and 4:47 PM, and services to Bandra/Goregaon from 10:48 AM to 4:43 PM will be suspended.
UP Harbour Line: Services from Panvel/Belapur/Vashi to CSMT Mumbai between 9:53 AM and 3:20 PM, and from Goregaon/Bandra to CSMT Mumbai between 10:45 AM and 5:13 PM will be suspended.

Last local to Panvel before the block departs at 11:04 AM
Last local to Goregaon departs at 10:22 AM
First local to Panvel after the block departs at 4:51 PM

Last local to CSMT Mumbai from Panvel departs at 9:40 AM
Last local to CSMT Mumbai from Bandra departs at 10:20 AM
First local to CSMT Mumbai from Panvel after the block departs at 3:28 PM
First local to CSMT Mumbai from Goregaon after the block departs at 4:58 PM
Special Arrangements:
Special trains will run between Kurla and Panvel every 20 minutes during the block.
Harbour Line passengers can travel via the Main Line and Western Railway from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
