Central Railway Hosts Heritage Museum Tour for Cancer-Stricken Children on International Museum Day


In celebration of International Museum Day, Central Railway welcomed 29 young cancer patients from Tata Memorial Hospital to a special tour of its Heritage Museum at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT). The children, aged 8 to 14, enjoyed an engaging and educational experience, learning about the rich history of Indian Railways from museum guide Mr. Xavier. Organized by the Chief Public Relations Office of Central Railway, this heartwarming event aimed to bring joy and inspiration to these brave youngsters.

Dr. Swapnil Nila, Chief Public Relations Officer, along with other officials, presented the children with memorabilia to commemorate their visit. Central Railway is proud to have provided these young warriors with an unforgettable day, highlighting its commitment to community engagement and support.
