Mumbai, 11th September 2024: Western Railway has announced the cancellation of a few trips of the Udhna–Puri Special train due to non-interlocking work in the Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway. The block is being implemented at Bhupdeopur station on the Bilaspur–Jharsuguda section and at Karkeli station on the Bilaspur–Katni section.
As per the official press release from Western Railway's Public Relations Department, the affected train services are as follows:
Cancelled Train Services:
Train No. 08472 Udhna–Puri Weekly Special will remain cancelled on the journeys scheduled for 17th, 24th September, and 1st October 2024.
Train No. 08471 Puri–Udhna Weekly Special will be cancelled on the journeys commencing on 16th, 23rd, and 30th September 2024.
