Mumbai, 30 August — A 24-year-old guy named Navin Vaishnaw died in a terrible incident that happened early on Thursday morning in Mumbai's Goregaon district after his motorcycle was hit by a fast SUV that was being driven by a 17-year-old teenager. When the collision happened, the adolescent was apparently driving on the incorrect side of the road.
Navin Vaishnaw was distributing milk when the incident occurred, according to police records, at around four in the morning. Vaishnaw's bike and the SUV, a Mahindra Scorpio, crashed, leaving her with fatal injuries. After the teenager's car collided with an electric pole, he made an attempt to escape the scene but was caught.
The juvenile driver has been taken into custody by the Mumbai police, who have also filed a complaint against him and the SUV's owner. Whether the boy drank alcohol prior to the accident is being looked into by the authorities. In order to ascertain if he was intoxicated at the time of the collision, a laboratory has received samples of his blood.
